Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pk346 (hereinafter "pk346", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk346 platform available at https://pk346.cam and any associated services, features, content or applications offered by pk346 (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

pk346 operates as an English-language online gaming and sports betting information platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan, including users based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as Pakistani users accessing the platform from other locations.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and pk346.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the pk346 Platform, through which the User accesses Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds segregated as required.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, bonus amounts or similar incentives credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, software and any other material published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and other eligibility criteria before certain services (including withdrawals) are available.
• "Platform" or "Services" means the pk346 website at https://pk346.cam and all associated features, games, betting markets, tools and content accessible via that domain.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "We", "us", "our", "pk346" means the operator of the pk346 Platform.
• "You", "your", "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pk346 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein.

Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking an "I Accept", "Register", "Sign In" or similar button on the Platform; (b) creating or logging into an Account; or (c) simply accessing or browsing the Platform following the publication of these Terms.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Use of the pk346 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Being of minimum legal age does not in itself make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction — you remain solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the pk346 Platform is permitted under the laws of your country, state, province or other applicable jurisdiction. pk346 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other applicable legislation. This is not legal advice; users should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their legal position.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds, subject to applicable legal obligations.

4.4 Right to Refuse

pk346 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance, without obligation to provide specific reasons.

Account Registration & Verification

5.1 Registration Information

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current registration information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 KYC Verification

pk346 is required to verify User identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of wallet account or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to pk346's satisfaction. We reserve the right to suspend Account access pending verification and to freeze funds if verification requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pk346 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

User Obligations

As a User of the pk346 Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification and any other interaction with pk346;
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and notify pk346 promptly of any suspected breach of security;
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Use your own funds for deposits and ensure that payment methods used are registered in your own name;
• Engage with pk346's Responsible Gambling tools and comply with any restrictions applied to your Account by pk346 in the interest of player protection;
• Not use the Platform if you have self-excluded or are subject to any cooling-off restriction, whether self-imposed or applied by pk346.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk346 Platform:

1. Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading identity information;
3. Attempting to circumvent any security, age-verification or geo-restriction measure;
4. Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or advantage play that exploits system errors or bonus structures beyond their intended purpose;
6. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime;
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software or systems underlying the Platform;
8. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive or otherwise objectionable content through any Platform communication channel;
9. Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed through the Platform;
10. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through methods designed to mask your true location.

pk346 reserves the right to take appropriate action including Account suspension, fund forfeiture and referral to law enforcement authorities in response to any prohibited conduct.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pk346 Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules and game rules in force at the time of the bet. Specific market rules, settlement procedures and void-bet criteria are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set by pk346 at its discretion and may vary by market, sport, tournament and account tier. Stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. We reserve the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-account basis.

8.3 Errors and Misquotes

In the event of a manifest error or obvious misquote in odds, pk346 reserves the right to void any bet placed under such erroneous conditions. Users who identify and exploit pricing errors rather than reporting them may have their bets voided and accounts reviewed for prohibited conduct under Section 7.

8.4 Cricket and PSL Markets

Pakistan cricket and PSL markets are subject to the relevant cricket betting rules, including provisions for rain-affected matches, DLS method outcomes, player withdrawal prior to match commencement and other contingencies. ICC tournament markets follow applicable ICC rules regarding match abandonment and qualification scenarios.

Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 Eligibility and Offer Terms

All promotions, bonuses and special offers made available on the pk346 Platform are subject to individual offer terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. These individual terms specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), time limits, eligible games and any other conditions.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

pk346 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using staking patterns designed to guarantee low-risk completion of wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where abuse is identified, pk346 may void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings and restrict or close the User's Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

10.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. pk346 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount and available payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction and may change without prior notice. Payment method names referenced on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are contextual references only; they do not constitute a representation that these providers endorse, facilitate or are affiliated with gambling activity on this Platform.

10.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) security checks and anti-fraud review; and (d) compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in force at the time of the request. Processing times are operator-stated and may vary.

10.3 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, account balances, deposits and withdrawals are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Where currency conversion applies, the applicable rate will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

10.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit made to a pk346 Account is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and recovery proceedings.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the pk346 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game assets and database compilations, is the property of pk346 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable copyright law or these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk346, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Services;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

pk346 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of Responsible Gambling Tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by pk346

pk346 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) the Account is suspected to be involved in fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or (d) we determine at our reasonable discretion that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

14.2 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied or forfeited. Real-money funds held in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture) will be refunded via your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

14.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property) and 12 (Limitation of Liability).

Amendments to These Terms

pk346 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk346 is licensed and incorporated, to the extent that such law does not conflict with mandatory provisions of the law of the User's jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with pk346 customer support. We are committed to resolving User complaints fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, Users may seek redress through the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism specified in the Platform's licensing terms.
